Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if
you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables
FSLSFONTS_CFLAGS
and FSLSFONTS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

It seems both libx11-dev and libfs-dev are missing the version
requirements to build it.

This bug has been reported against a package in experimental, does
not affect unstable, and has since been fixed in experimental.
