Bug#354283: can't just strip xterm.faq.html into xterm.faq.gz

yes - since the page is designed to be installed in

	http://invisible-island.net/xterm/

This is the only one that is a file: in the original document.
The others are normal href's, but lynx -dump can't do much about
those though the packager could do something like

	lynx -dump http://invisible-island.net/xterm/xterm.faq.html

and then sed the result to change the

	http://invisible-island.net/xterm/xterm.faq.html#

strings to

	#
