You should email the upstream xkeyboard-config mailing list. They're
responsible for such things. Their webpage is
http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software_2fXKeyboardConfig and it includes
their mailing list address and such. We'll be distributing it in Debian (we
already are actually, in the experimental archive) and it will become the
default xkb database we ship. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you more
effectively than I can :-) Hope that helps! I'm also cc'ing the debian-x
mailing list in case anyone else, including our resident xkb guru Denis
Barbier, would like to add to the conversation.
