Bug#354846: xserver-xorg: Dual Head broken on Intel 810 and Radeon 9200 (PCI)

Trying to get dual head going on an Dell Optiplex 270 with a built-in i810
device:

Intel Corporation 82865G Integrated Graphics Controller rev 2, Mem @ 0xd0000000/27, 0xfeb80000/19, I/O @ 0xed98/3

and an ATI Radeon PCI card:

ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 SE] rev 1, Mem @ 0xe0000000/28, 0xfe9d0000/16, I/O @ 0xde00/8, BIOS @ 0xfea00000/17

If I tell the bios that the built-in graphics is the primary then X hangs on
start,

If I tell the bios that the PCI card is the primary then the i810 fails to
initialise:
