App Organization

Ok, now it's seriously the time to start thinking about how we're going to
organize the apps. I haven't given this any thought at all, so I'm probably
going to just start uploading the other components to experimental in the
meantime. If you guys have thoughts, I'd love to hear them. There's that
list someone made a while back that I still have to dig up too, but that
can be our starting point for this item.
