Thanks. Will it be safe to install the debs from experimental, or
should I rebuild from source on testing? The flux in the toolchain
makes me a bit nervous, though I guess that's mostly a matter for C++
and X is C.

P.S. I don't think I got a copy of your original post to the bug; I
saw it online. I wonder if the reassign submitter function is
working, since I submitted this bug under one edress and then changed
it to another. At the time, the original edress wasn't working (so
perhaps the bug decided to give up mailing the submitter?), though
both the old and new edresses should be working now.
