Justification: renders package unusable

As of xdm 4.3.0.dfsg.1-13, I cannot log in. Downgrading to
4.3.0.dfsg.1-12.0.1 gets me in again. Here is an excerpt from xdm.log:

Version: 6.8.2.dfsg.1-5

I just tried with the latest package, and it seems to be working
properly. Even though it didn't seem to be working with -2, and I
don't see anything in the changelog that would have fixed it.
Strange... I'll complain again if the bug pops up again.
