Hi, since the transition to xorg (which was delightfully smooth, kudos!) ssh-agent is not shut down and the shell script running my ~/.xsession waits for its children to terminate. The consequence is, the desktop session doesn't end and does not return to kdm. Killing ssh-agent manually before shutting down or when it's hanging, allows the session to shut down.
