Package: xlibs-dev Version: 6.8.2.dfsg.1-4 Followup-For: Bug #214085 xlibs-dev is only a transitional package with the new xorg-x11 and doesn't contain the conflicting file. The package cleanly installs alongside libxrender-dev and all packages on which xlibs-dev depends. So the report could be closed if the reporter doesn't mind.
