Package: libglu1-xorg
Severity: important

Hi,

I just tried to do some updates to my Debian/Sid Box. But trying to update
the X-Server from 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 to 6.8.2.dfsg.1-1 brougt the following
Problem:
Two of the X-System-Packages (xbase-clients, x-window-system-core) depend on
libglu1-xorg. Thus I tryed to install this Package, but as it conflicts with
libglu1-mesa I got a lot of broken Packages all depending on (xlibmesa-glu |
libglu1). If it would be possible to have libglu1-xorg provide libglu1 this
might solve th Problem.

Greetings Chris

sid is going through a C++ transition. The packages it wants to remove
all need to be recompiled against a libglu1 built against g++4 (aka
libglu1c2).
