Ironically, last time I checked the ChipIDs table for nv, there was
nothing matching that mask.  So I think this will also be a no-op.  I'm
just working on a follow-HEAD policy for that driver since it's
essentially just a more portable version of a binary-only driver, so I
just merged it regardless.
