Bug#277309: Confirm "NoAccel" helped.

Hello!
Some time have passed..
After some atp-update this christmas, the problem popped up again..

This time I tested what Branden suggestend, and set the "NoAccel" to 
"true". That helped..

BUT with "NoAccel" to "true" had it's own tasty problem, as a rather 
slow wave that updated the screan when scrolling and changing workspace.


I have not done the other suggestion:
[2) Can you try various earlier versions in the 4.3.0.dfsg.1
   release series to see if any of them rectify the problem?
   You can find these at snapshot.debian.net.
   Please start with the most recent prior to yours
   (-7) and work your way backwards. ]

Wasn't there somebody (Junichi Uekawa) that did that?
(Im not used to make compiling and debugging..!)

How long will this bug be active!?!?
