	Undoubtedly something is appending -b to your dpkg-buildpackage. Do you use 
any alias for building packages? I usually use 'dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot' 
and 'dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -us' as two useful alias to work with. 
Maybe you forgot something...

	Anyway, with a bit of manual intervention, you can remake the .dsc, then run 
debsign and voilà. :-)
