I am sorry this is s duplicate, but I looked through the synopsis of all the 800-something bugs reportbug listed as similar and didn't see it has already been reported. I saw the dangling symlink thing last week and when the new xterm installed on the upgrade I did on Sunday I thought that maybe nobody else has bothered to file a bug report about it. Cheers, Kevin
