Bug#333011: xserver-xorg will not upgrade



Package:xserver-xorg

When I do  
	apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade

I get the following errors

Not only can I not update xserver, I can't update anything else !!!

Help!!!

Debian unstable kernel 2.6.12, k7.
