The patch i wrote for it and submitted two years and more ago was never
applied, it was always not the right time for it, so i suppose there is no
such thing available in debian.
Blame fabionne and Branden for this, well at least them who told me it was
not-quite-time when X 4.x was still in experimental only and they wanted it in
unstable.
You can always get the patch out of the BTS, and build your own X, it should
work just fine, since the patches where accepted upstream, but only lacked the
10-lines or so patches to actually build them and make a package out of it.
