brief downtime on necrotic.deadbeast.net starting

I'm taking Subversion services down on necrotic for a few minutes to
upgrade to my patched version of Subversion 1.2.0-1[1].

I'm not doing the dump/restore of the repositories yet to get the big
"xdeltification".  I'll send out another mail when I disrupt services to do
that.
