Bug#288928: remove all traces of Speedo

I upgraded xfonts-scalable in unstable, and it seems that this request
(to remove Speedo fonts) was granted.  However, /etc/X11/fonts/Speedo
is still in xfonts-scalable.list, and:

    Unpacking replacement xfonts-scalable ...
    dpkg: warning - unable to delete old file `/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo': Directory not empty

    % ls /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo 
    encodings.dir  fonts.cache-1  fonts.dir  fonts.scale
    % ls /etc/X11/fonts/Speedo 
    xfonts-scalable.scale

Personally, I lament this change, because while I never knew what those
fonts were good for, I always thought it was cool to have a directory
called "Speedo".
