Yeah, they are. I checked all those out before.

Ok, I've added a small item about them to the NEWS file.

Well, the latter is not stable. Not certain about the former, but I'm
willing to leave it for now. I've added both libXprintAppUtil and
libXprintUtil to the xlibs-static-dev package description.

Since these depend on libx11, and libx11 depends on x11-common, won't the
package get pulled in anyway?
