I just committed a fix, but would like to check something.
Could you please run
  $ xkbcomp :0
and send me the two server-0.xkb files generated by this command, with
and without loading srvr_ctrl?

It also seems that these key sequences are not defined for Macintosh.
Branden, should this be fixed too?
