This is a bug in neverball, it violates the OpenGL ABI. It must use
either glXGetProcAddress("glMultiTexCoord2f") (if GL 1.3 is available)
or glXGetProcAddress("glMultiTexCoord2fARB") (if the GL_ARB_multitexture
extension is available) to obtain a pointer to that function.
