Bug#254650: xterm doesn't see font information in X resources anymore

With the help of Thomas Dickey, I got it to work with:

  XTerm*vt100.utf8Fonts.font: -misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed-*-*-120-*-*-c-*-iso10646

Maybe a README noting the change in behavior will be useful.
