Bug#246590: xlibmesa-gl-dev doesn't install when I apt-get -f install

I have no idea how this happened.  Many people, including myself, have
installed this version of xlibmesa-gl-dev without experiencing this
problem.

Please reply to this bug (246590@bugs.debian.org) with the output of the
following commands:

ls -dl /usr /usr/lib /usr/lib/libGL.so /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2
dpkg -S /usr/lib/libGL.so /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2
