I searched with google for the filename, and the only hit I got pointed to spinnaker.de, the homepage of Roland Rosenfels <roland@debian.org>. I would difference cames from the conversion he made. However, I took my values (the one with the seven) from the logos at www.debian.org/logos/, so I think they are correct.
