Bug#241534: xlibmesa-dri: Running amoeba segfault in r200_dri.so

Package: xlibmesa-dri
Version: 4.3.0-7
Severity: normal

When running amoeba from the contrib I get a segfault. Running under gdb
I get the following information:

0x4099a5ce in __driRegisterExtensions ()
   from /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/dri/r200_dri.so

The error happens always at the same time. About 3 4 minutes in the
demo. There is a blob with red spikes and the segfault occurs after the
transition.

I am running on linux 2.6.4 with dri enabled. I have a Radeon mobility
video card on a dell laptop.

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon R250 Lf
[Radeon Mobility 9000 M9] (rev 01)

I think that's about all the relevant details. I haven't filed this bug
against amoeba because I think the problem is coming from the mesa dri
modules.

Keep up the good work!
