The netscape/communicator packages which have been
referenced by the submitter for example arent in
testing or unstable anymore but only in stable and thus
nobody rebuilds them.
Other packages are gone at all like xv or quake-x11 but
some users still have them installed for whatever reason.
For me it is: well, there are some websites I have to
look at with netscape since mozilla doesnt display
them (same for the submitter, if I understand him right);
and I like xv :)
