Bug#233948: underline not rendered in mozilla when using freetype renderer; underline rendered when using xtt

I made the change recommended in the report above to Debian's 4.3.0,
built it, copied the freetype module over the installed 4.3.0-2's
copy, and it fixes the problem.  (This is not as good a test as it
could be, I know.  The build failed later on for reasons I have yet to
determine, so I wasn't able to install a full X with this change
present throughout.)
