Bug#233726: xfree86-common: In german keymap the "larger" and "smaller" sign does not work

it is not possible to type the larger and the smaller sign.

Using xev I can see:

    state 0x0, keycode 94 (keysym 0x0, NoSymbol), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:  ""

KeyRelease event, serial 27, synthetic NO, window 0x1600001,
    root 0x8d, subw 0x0, time 830571, (80,86), root:(85,330),
    state 0x0, keycode 94 (keysym 0x0, NoSymbol), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:  ""
