Bug#226973: xserver-xfree86: [glint] second card at wrong resolution

Sure.    I don't know if this is relevant, but the first card is is
picked up by the PM2 framebuffer driver (the second is not, because the
driver doesn't support multiple cards--I'm trying to copy the multiple
card support from pm3fb but I don't really know what I'm doing.
