Bug#287176: xlibs: all letter keys are dead in us_intl keyboard layout

That was, in fact, the source of the bug.  I don't know why, but 'include 
"pc/us"' was missing from /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/pc/us_intl.  I added it back 
in, and the mapping works correctly now.

Thank you for helping me to resolve this so quickly.  I've been trying to get 
it working on my own for a week or more, and you just helped me to solve it 
in less than a day.

Should I close the bug now, or is there anything else that needs to be done 
about it?  I.e., I don't know why I got a bad us_intl file in the first 
place.  But maybe that's a packaging problem-- different bug?
