No official version of the xlibs package ever shipped
"/usr/X11R6/lib/libXv.so.1.0" in the xlibs package.

It looks like you got bitten by an incompatiblity due to a Knoppix fork of
the XFree86 packages.

I suggest installing the libxv1 package in question with "dpkg -i
--fore-overwrite".
