At least in -Misc-Fixed-Medium-R-Normal--13-120-75-75-C-70-ISO10646-1,
the glyphs for U+2198 (SOUTH EAST ARROW) and U+2199 (SOUTH WEST ARROW)
are swapped.  I haven't check the rest of misc-fixed.
