Bug#276491: Please remove additional xlibs dependency in xbase-clients

Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-8
Severity: minor

xbase-clients already has dependencies on the splitted xlibs, but additionally
it has a hard coded xlibs dependency as well, which should not be necessary as
all single libs depend on (foo | xlibs).
Is this intentional? If not, please remove it.
