Bug#274093: xserver-xfree86: windows disappear from gnome task-list when dragged to 2nd monitor under Xinerama

After upgrade to -8 whenever you drag a window to the 2nd monitor it
disappears from the task list under gnome, if you drag it back to main
monitor is reappears on task-list.  Only thing upgraded was xfree86
packages no changes to the gnome packages.  Am running gnome 2.8 from
expiermental.
