It's not purely the age of the report, but also noting that it is in an
area where one would expect similar reports to have followed. Most of
the other old reports are in areas that aren't explored much, e.g.,
#2297, @8656, #12261, 18751, #106608.
#115416 should have had followups.
#89887 should have been categorized as wishlist.
