Bug#256768: xfree86: ATI Radeon 9100 IGP support needs backporting

It is not from nVidia/NVIDIA: it is from ATI, as you said. It thus
belongs in radeon_drv.

I believe the necessary support is already there, in the IGP320/340
patch - if this does not work for you, please outline the specific
reasons why, including configuration files, logs, lspci, et al.
