     * correct  initialization  of  G1  character set mapping, which used
       line-drawing   set   as   a   result  of  confusion  between  "DEC
       Supplemental  Graphic"  and  "DEC  Special Graphic" character sets
       (see patch #34 regarding DECSTR).
