Looks like X11 does not recognize your videocard. Looking at the info above
and at the end of your log, I would say you need to have a line
Driver "cyberbladeXP"
in Section "Device" of your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file.
Please also send your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 next time if you have X11
configuration problems.
