Keyboard layout "no" works fine, except CapsLock displaces all letters one
position to the right. Advice on how to deal with this much appreciated!

This was the result of an error in one of the keyboard configuration
files, and was fixed in 4.3.0.dfsg-1.3, which should be on all mirror
sites by now.

Merging this report with the other eight (#251119 and those merged to
it), and closing with this message.

Adam
