Bug#247814: xlibs-data: Polish E WITH CEDILLA wrong and A WITH CEDILLA missing

Package: xlibs-data
Version: 4.3.0-7
Severity: normal

Hi,

I wanted to use /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/en_US.UTF-8/Compose to be able
to type polish characters in OpenOffice and I think I found the
following errors:

I think that the codes for E WITH CEDILLA should be resp. U0118
(Capital) and U0119 (small) instead of U0228 and U0229.
Moreover I couldn't find the A WITH CEDILLA (should be U0104 and U0105,
compose keys being more or less a cut&paste of E WITH CEDILLA).
I base my assumptions on OpenOffice on one side and the following page
on the other side: http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0100.pdf

Thanks, Eric

PS: to avoid any question back, I started OpenOffice with LANG modified
to en_US.UTF-8 before I made my tests.
And I apologize if these two letters are used by other languages
    than Polish.
