Log:
German keyboards using the "nodeadkeys" variant should produce an
apostrophe, not an acute accent, when <AE12> is pressed. This change is
also consistent with the existing xc/programs/xkbcomp/symbols/de file
(thanks, Andreas Metzler). (Closes: #241127)
