Just upgraded my xfree86 packages (i386, binary).
dpkg threw error messages like that:
Setting up xfonts-100dpi (4.3.0-3) ...

dpkg: error processing xfonts-100dpi (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2

dpkg: error processing xfonts-base-transcoded (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
after dpkg-reconfigure dash and answering no, the packages could be installed without problems.
