Bug#233743: xlibmesa-gl: Direct rendering won't work: xdriinfo reports "libGL is too old."

As you'll see with

LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose glxinfo

the reason is the same as for all the other bugs about direct rendering
not working with 4.3.0-2: an unresolved symbol, probably related to the
attempted fix for bug #215831.

This merely means that libGL is too old for dynamic configuration; the
drivers shipped in xlibmesa-dri don't support it yet either anyway.
