Bug#220982: changelog.Debian.gz: wish paths mentioned had some relevance from users point of view

The changelog is designed to reflect changes in the source package
(xfree86, which produces around 30 packages similar to xdm, if not
more), not the binary packages (xdm, xserver-xfree86, etc, etc). If
you're after user-centric information, try the README.Debian; the
changelog, as I said, is designed to show what's changed in the source
package, not what changed in the binary packages.

This one gets a +1 for wontfix from me.
