Bug#202923: more SISDisplayPowerManagementSet

Elwood, in xephem 3.5.2 sky view, I put cursor on venus and right clicked, causing a
momentary blacking of the screen, and probably this in /var/log/XFree86.0.log
(II) SIS(0): SISDisplayPowerManagementSet(1)
(II) SIS(0): SISDisplayPowerManagementSet(2)
(II) SIS(0): SISDisplayPowerManagementSet(3)
(II) SIS(0): SISDisplayPowerManagementSet(0)

All I can tell is that these lines were at the bottom of
/var/log/XFree86.0.log , and that file had been recently changed.
There are no timestamps like other log files.

There is only one XFree86.*.log here on default debian, so one can't
way to compare previous sessions.

Apparently that file represents one session, but there are no
timestamps to tell clearer. Day number and time would be good enough.
