Well, it's the XFree86 X server that died, right?

"reportbug -f /usr/bin/X11/XFree86" would have filed a bug against the
correct package, and automatically included important information to
boot.

You were going to run for Project Leader and you don't know about
reportbug?  :)

Please collect whatever information you can, as described in
XF86Config(7), and mail it to this bug.
