Only that which is explicitly licensed thus.  Plus, what is GPLed in our
XFree86 packages aren't "mods", but package infrastructure and
wrapper-type things that are inessential to the package's essential
functionality.

The point appears to have been invalidated by upstream reconsiderations
of licensing.
