That depends on how quickly I and the other XSF committing folks can get
the 4.3.0-in-unstable TODO list swatted down.

If licq is considered an important package for sarge release, perhaps
the best approach is for it to stop saying "Architecture: any" until the
static objects it wants to load dynamically are available on all
architectures.
