Bug#72557: marked as done (xlibs: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias gets overridden silently...)

/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias gets silently overridden on upgrade
it also contains wrong information on Russian locale - all right-side values
for ru* should be ru_RU.KOI8-R

This bug appears to be fixed.  ru_RU no longer defaults to the ISO
8859-5 character set, but to KOI8-R instead.

I don't know how long ago this was fixed upstream.
