MIME-attached is a new /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/macintosh/gb file which
should render your keycodes 49 and 94 (to the left of 1/! and Z)
properly operational.

Please let me know if it does or doesn't.

Still working on the numbersign/AltGr problem.
